Welcome to Fit Mapped a site for mapping out your fitness. My name is Sarah and I decided to start this website to share everything I know about health and fitness.

Trying to get in shape and be healthy can be a minefield at times. I’ve been trying to live a healthy life for the past 5 years now and I’ve picked up a lot of tips and tricks along the way.

So what are you going to find on the Fit Mapped website?

Well first of all you’re going to get some interesting facts because I love facts!

For example did you know that in the UK it is illegal to eat mince pies on Christmas Day?

I think it’s one of those laws that nobody abides by or even knows about!

Or did you know that in your lifetime you will produce enough saliva to fill 2 large swimming pools!

O.K that was a pretty nasty one, sorry about that. Here’s a nice one for you..

Sea Otters hold hands when they sleep so they don’t drift away from each other in the night. 🙂

So this site won’t all be about facts I’ll also be talking about:

Nutrition – I’m a big fan of healthy eating and putting the right stuff into my body so I’ll be writing all sorts of articles on here about nutrition.

I feel that nutrition is 90% of the battle when it comes to looking good and being healthy. Good nutrition can cure almost anything.

Exercise – I love exercise. I do it every day. Whenever I exercise I find that it leaves me feeling refreshed and alert and a good workout in the morning will get me ready for the day.

The key is to not exercise so hard that it leaves you feeling wiped out.

I’ll be posting all sorts of workout tips soon that I think you’ll find pretty helpful. 🙂

Supplements – Ok so I take quite a few supplements. On of my favorite is actually marine phytoplankton which tastes horrible but is really good for you.

Some supplements absolutely suck too and are unnecessary so I’ll be writing some content soon about the supplements I use and recommend and the ones that I don’t.

And lastly I’ll probably just write about anything that comes to mind when it comes to health and fitness.
